The Katlav winery is a boutique winery wherein all family members partake in the wine making process.  Family members are involved in aspects of the business, from the harvesting of grapes to the labeling of the bottles. 

The Katlav winery is located south west of Jerusalem on the Nes Harim moshav. The vineyards are located close by to the moshav at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level.

The winery contains rooms for the collecting and processing of the grapes, fermentation rooms, and cave like rooms for the aging of the wine in oak barrels.  The winery includes a visitor's center. The Katlav winery was design to be eco-friendly whereby natural woods were used in the construction of the winery, the result of which gives the winery a unique and special intimate feeling.
